1. Can I pause my course?
Yes, you can pause your course for a maximum of 90 days.
2. What happens if I want to pause for just one or two classes?
If you pause one or two classes, then the makeup class would be utilized up to 2 classes, and if no makeup class then addon needs to be purchased
3. Is there any flexibility for children under 4 years of age?
Yes, if a parent feels their child (below 4 years) is too young to continue, a pause of up to 6 months can be provided.
4. How many times can I pause my course?
You can pause your course only once during the course duration.
5. What happens if I don’t return within 90 days after pausing?
If you don’t resume your course within 90 days from the start of the pause, you will be required to pay 20% of the course fee to restart.
6: Will I get the same teacher and/or timeslot when I resume my course?
The academy cannot guarantee that the same teacher or timeslot will be available when you resume your course.
